This shoe fit better than I ever expected, molding to my foot from the second I put them on. I had tried three other pair of Aravon shoes, which didn't fit right at all and were returned the same day so wasn't expecting much with this style either. There's plenty of room in the toe box and the leather is soft and very comfortable. Although I don't have arch trouble, I can tell with these shoes (compared to others) that they have great support. I Have worn them all day without any problems. For those with heel slip-out issues the back has padding on the top that helps keep your heels in place. The style goes very well with all slacks/jeans yet can be worn with dressy clothing. I'm going to give them a couple of months of wearing but will probably order another pair--if they come out with another color I will definitely order them. I have to say that even the outrageous price was worth the great fit of this pair of shoes. I just wish that ALL the Aravon shoes fit as well as this one does.
